Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. We do not accept returns for any other reasons.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Non-defective items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, the item must still be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
